About Us
Newkirk Engineering, Inc. was founded by Harry Newkirk in 2013. As a two person firm NEI provided land development engineering to private and local agencies. Since that time, NEI has grown to 6 employees and offers land development, roadway, drainage, utilities, landscape architecture, construction engineering inspection and traffic engineering services. Our rapid growth is a testament to our clients trust in our abilities and our great team of hard-working NEI employees. NEI provides the client service and responsiveness of a small firm with the experience and knowledge of a big firm. We are passionate about saving our clients money and finding innovative solutions to problems that they face. NEI’s project experience can be found here, along with all the certifications we hold, including SBE certifications.
