Kris Rowley has been at Zev Cohen & Associates for over 12 years as the Director of Land Development. Kris earned his Civil Degree from the University of Central Florida. He lives in Ormond Beach with his wife, son and daughter.
Kris is a past VCARD Member of the Year. He is very active on VCARD's Golf Committee and VCARD's Technical Review Committee.
