UF BEBR Releases Population Projections for Florida and Counties


According to the University of Florida's Bureau of Economic and Business Research (BEBR), the state of Florida and its 67 counties will continue to show growth year-over-year. Over the next 10 years, Florida will increase in population by 2.87 million individuals; Volusia County will gain another 50,602 persons to its already 500,000+ population. That's roughly 5,000 new people each year.
